Stack Overflow is a site that allows users to solve their programming problems in a collaborative manner. The Site was set up by Coding Horrors Jeff Atwood and Joel Spolsky of Joel on Software fame. Stack Overflow uses a system similar to digg where users can vote on the best responses and bury the worst ones.
